You can cancel your subscription before your last box order is confirmed with us. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can go to your dashboard and do so. However, any confirmed orders that haven’t been delivered yet will not be cancelled. All confirmed box orders will be delivered and the cancellation will be done only for the subsequent orders.
Once the box order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the box will be delivered to you. No boxes will be accepted back by us. Refunds are only eligible based on the pending boxes count.
Your refund will depend on the number of boxes pending in your subscription plan. Once you have cancelled your subscription, monthly MRP of the boxes (Rs.399 for book-only box and Rs.749 for book box, plus 5% GST) will be taken into consideration to calculate your consumption price. Your total consumption will be deducted from the paid amount, to arrive at your refund amount. Once you confirm your cancellation, your refund amount will be processed within 10 working days.
